Congratulations to the Newly Qualified Teachers who have successfully completed their Induction Year.
A celebration was held on the 7 July 2016 where NQTs and their mentors shared the year’s successes and networked with their peers. NQTs and Mentors were awarded certificates celebrating the completion of their induction and mentoring year, along with free resources kindly donated by Teach Publications and Twinkl .co.uk. STSA and the Teaching School Alliance will be hosting the NQT/Mentor Welcome Wednesday 14 September 2016 at Dorney Lake, Eton Rowing Club.
'Return to Teach Programme' - Upton Court Grammar School
We are representing the Slough Teaching School Alliance partnership for the Return To Teach programme, which aims to recruit trained ex-teachers back in to the profession. We are recruiting on behalf of all Slough Schools who have shown an interest in being a part of this programme.

Return to Teach Programme - Department for Education
If you're considering returning to teaching, the transition may be much easeir than you imagine. Whether you left to bring up a family or explore a different career, there's lots of support available to help you become one of the thousands of teacher's who come back to the profession each year.
From November 2015, groups of schools will be running a new initiative to help teachers return to the classroom. Each school taking part will be able to provide a free package of bespoke support* to help qualified teachers return in a way that best suits them.
